| 1.) Subscriptions. You may cancel
any paid subscription and receive a full pro-rated refund of
the subscription price based on the number of issues
delivered by us. Subscriptions canceled within 30 days of
the original order are subject to a cancelation fee of $50.
2.) Electronic documents (i.e., PDF books,
reports, directories, CD-ROMS, etc.). Because electronic
documents cannot be returned to us, we unfortunately cannot
refund the purchase price. We do not offer a refund on any
electronic (downloaded) document, except in proven cases
where a customer erroneously makes multiple purchases of one
and the same document. |
