All orders are processed as quickly as
possible after transactions have been approved. However,
because each order is reviewed and processed manually, it is
possible that some orders -- especially electronic documents
such as PDF books, reports, directories, CD-ROMs, etc.) --
will be delivered during East Coast (U.S.) business hours (8
am to 6 pm).
Electronic documents such as newsletter issues are delivered
as an e-mail attachment. Larger electronic documents are
delivered by download from our web site. Download page links
are provided at the time of sale, or shortly thereafter.
Hard-copy books are delivered via U.S.
Priority Mail. If purchased through an online bookseller
such as Amazon.com, the bookseller will deliver the book
according to the agreed upon shipping instructions. |
